How will my ebooks or audiobooks be delivered?
Your ebooks are delivered automatically after purchase by an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder.
**The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout**

Your BookFunnel Library
Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books.
Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.
How do I listen to my audiobook?
You can listen to your audiobook in the BookFunnel app, by streaming in the BookFunnel cloud player, or with DRM-free MP3 downloads!

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Shopify’s own ShopPay, credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
What happens with preorders?
When you buy, you are charged at once by the payment method you select. The book is automatically delivered on the release date by an email from BookFunnel.
Can I return a product if I don't like it/change my mind/ordered the wrong size?
Due to the third party Print on Demand companies we use for physical merchandise, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed. The same policy also applies to digital products and preorders.
When will United Kingdom residents be able to purchase items from the merch store?
We are waiting to become compliant for taxes pertaining to physical merchandise shipped within the United Kingdom. Once that process is completed with the government, we will open the merch store to the United Kingdom.
All digital goods are available for purchase by residents of the United Kingdom at this time.
